Colombian-Style Fresh Lime and Honey Tea

- 3 wholes limes
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons loose black tea or 4 tea bags
While applying pressure, roll limes several times on counter
to release their juices. Cut 1/4 -inch slices and place in
a large teapot, reserving 4 slices. Add honey and tea to pot.
Pour 4 cups boiling water over tea and let steep 3 minutes.
Garnish teacups with reserved lime slices and pour in hot
tea. (If you are using tea leaves, pour through a strainer.)
