Citrus Vanilla Punch

- 3 cups fresh orange juice 1 orange sliced
- 1 cup fresh or unsweetened canned pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 whole vanilla bean
- 1 ½ cups ginger ale or club soda, chilled
Combine all the juices in alarge pitcher. Split the vanilla
bean lengthwise and scrape the seeds into the juice. Stir
with a whisk to separate the vanilla seeds. Cover and refrigerate
until chilled, at least 2 hours or overnight.
Just before serving, add the ginger ale (or club soda). Serve
in ice-filled glasses.
